Ordering
All B2B orders placed on our website are treated as requests. Orders are not final until reviewed and confirmed by our team. Invoices are issued through our ERP system, Visma, and payment is handled outside of the Shopify platform.
Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to selected products and are clearly stated on the individual product pages. In some cases, products must be ordered in specific increments (e.g., sets of 2, 4, or 6).

Pricing
Wholesale prices are displayed to logged-in B2B customers. RRP (Recommended Retail Price) is shown where applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Horsens, Denmark. Shipping details and costs will be confirmed during order processing. For logistics-related inquiries, please contact logistics@101cph.com.
Returns & Claims
Return and damage claim policies are outlined in our separate Return Policy document. Please report any transport damage within 5 business days of receiving the goods. All claims should be directed to support@101cph.com.

Access to our B2B webshop is restricted to approved retailers, distributors, and partners. All users must submit a registration request, which is subject to review and approval by 101 Copenhagen ApS. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our sole discretion.
Once approved, your account is personal to your company and may not be shared with unauthorized third parties. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
